Synopsis:
At his mother's funeral, Sam Reyes, a gentle 26-year-old Filipino employee of a Toronto startup, discovers his ability to time travel to the past with a single blink. Feeling guilty about not being there for his mom in the last five years since he moved out, he travels back to make the decision to stay. Successfully making up lost time with his mom, it all changes when he must confront how loss is still inevitable and that every decision must bear a consequence.

Cowboy 46 - Short Film (To Be Released)

Synopsis:

The film follows the shenanigans of Rex McGee, a young man who chooses to live his days like a cowboy from a ‘60s Hollywood Western movie, Despite living in a major metropolitan city in the 21st century. As Rex takes viewers through the 46 things it takes to be a cowboy, he gets sidetracked and seemingly forgets the singular task of showing up (on time and well-behaved) to his girlfriend's birthday dinner with her parents who already don’t like him… At dinner, things come to a head and Rex is faced with the decision of hanging up his hat for good.

Synopsis:

Osbor is a short film focused on 21-year-old Egyptian-Canadian Farida, as she tries her best to navigate life. Farida is forced to balance the expectations of post-grad life while also dealing with the ambiguous grief from the loss of one of the most monumental figures in her life. Teta, her grandmother, has been slowly deteriorating after her Alzheimer's diagnosis, and Farida struggles to cope with the circumstances.

Mananayaw - Short Film

Synopsis:

Mananayaw is a short teaser film revolving around the theme "A Path Less Traveled." The short film introduces Oyi, a Filipino immigrant living in Canada, who is torn between continuing his passion in dance, but also being able to provide for his family back home. Throughout the conversation of Oyi and his mother, the short film conveys the on going battle of not only Filipino's, but every person chasing their dreams and ambitions. Specifically for this story however, we focus on artists in dance, and the Filipino culture of always having to take care of your family, even if the price to pay is giving everything up.

With bills piling up, lack of support from family, and the small amount he makes from this passion he strives for, Oyi continues on through his day. This is the path he has chosen, a path most shy away from, a path, less traveled.

The Slumber Party - Multi-cam based TV Talk Show Series (To Be Released)

The Slumber Party is a Toronto based talk and entertainment show that tackles topics ranging from consent to sexual fantasies. The show aims to engage with young woman and non-binary folk ages 18-23 through live pre-taped content. Prominent segments include panels, 1-on-1 interviews with sexologists, and creative performances by local woman. With a sleepover aesthetic, vulnerable and safe space to discuss women's experiences with sex and pleasure.
